Is a mechanism that allows you to switch the provider of your telecom calls, often over the exact same network.
CPS has grown rapidly as consumers have realised there is no need to pay extra costs for the same service. The majority of business calls are now carried over different networks.

Lines
Wholesale Line rental (WLR) is a mechanism that allows you to rent your telephone line from Clarity.
The line is owned and maintained (at the same standard) by BT, who is obligated by the EU to provide the same service to date. But Clarity, as a BT Wholesaler rent the line from BT, which is why we are able to charge you significantly less!

How can we reduce our call costs?
Clarity have negotiated some great prices with our providers. We can pass these savings on to you. We are also committed to helping you to review and manage your regular spend, so that you can make the best informed decisions for your business.
What type of Broadband Service do I need?
This will depend on your type of use. There are a few key factors:
1) do you need to download a lot of stuff from the web.
2) do you need to send much traffic back ie upload or uplink data. Examples might be if you have a company webserver or mailserver or upload alot of data to a central database.
3) is your internet link business critical? What level of service do you need and expect?
If you answer yes to any of those questions you probably want our premium business package. If you answer no to them all then you might be content to consider one of the less capable packages.
Can I work from anywhere and stay in touch?
I'm glad you asked that... YES you can. Clarity have invested heavily in producing a unified integrated system which can link you back to the office using a mobile phone, a laptop or a regular phone. You can have voicemail sent to email, you can have a softphone on your laptop which rings when your office phone rings, you can have your office phone ring your home or mobile... the permutations are almost endless... and we'd love to talk about the potential for your business and mobile workers!
Can I reduce the number of lines I need?
Many of our customers either reduce the number of lines, or use the current lines much more effectively after installing one of our solutions. Our IP PBX systems give you an easy route from the traditional PBX to the integrated flexible world of Voice over IP. By using a mixture of traditional analogue lines, ISDN lines, and broadband DSL links we can give you more capacity, more flexibility, better contactability and reduced costs!
How do I link Offices and Homes?
Many of our customers are capitalising on cheaper calls, and free internet links to allow them to have an extension of their office system in their home office! Sit at home, perhaps in bed with the laptop, and click dial '100' to talk to your secretary...

BT are obligated by the EU to provide the same service to you. Over 3.6 m lines have left BT as consumers realise the benefits of switching.
