Call Recording
How it works..
You can record a call at any time once it is made through the Clarity PBX. The system will beep to confirm that it is recording and will then email it as a sound file to the preconfigured email account when the call is completed.
This has obvious commercial advantages to record any transactions that require authorisation.
To make a call through the system from a mobile or landline you need to use either the Call back facility(number 3) or the Line out facility (number 4). If you use our VoIP facilities these will be automatically available to you. Alternatively if you have received a call using Geographic numbers (section 6) or One number (section 7), then you will be able to use this facility.
The service will be free for the agreed number of authorised users and there will be a set up charge of £1 p.m. for each additional user and a call recording charge of 50p per call recording.
Dial *9 during a call to initiate the recording. You can edit your destination email address when you login to this web-portal.
