Personalised reporting allows you to name each number that is on your bill so that you can easily analyse who the call is to. 

Many companies find that the time employees spend on the phone is a bigger issue than the cost of the phone call. 

In this example you are able to see both the cost of the call and the time spent on the calls.

It is very easy to personalise your bill.  Go to the Add Contacts tab to enter each name/ nickname that you want to associate with each number.
