As technology develops there are a number of new services available on mobile or landline. Some of these are new services and some are services that would previously only have been available on either your landline or mobile.
We have categorised these new services below to give you an introduction to them. All of these services are free to our customers of our mobile and landline services.
Low cost mobile phone services
You can reduce the cost of some mobile calls by making them through our phone system. This is easy to do and you can even pre programme your mobile to make these calls. For more information on this service download the attached PDF.
VoIP on your mobile phone via wifi
If you have a good regular wifi signal you can make calls on your mobile from your address book (provided it is wifi enabled) for free or very low call costs. For more information on this service download the attached PDF.
PBX services on your mobile
Conference calls on mobiles and land lines for free. A service that gets used a lot to improve organisational efficiency.
Call hunt groups to include land lines and mobiles. You can manage via the web when you want to be available and when you want somebody else to answer the call.
Call recording when you need it.
New services
Mobile Dictation service. Ring the dictation service and we will record your dictation and send it to you or whoever you specify (via the web) as a sound file via email.
Messaging service, set up a series of email addresses that you regulary send email messages to.
Geographic numbers. We can give you a number in over 60 countries and direct it to ring on any phone you specify via the web.
