Our disaster recovery application enables multiple simultaneous calls to divert to multiple locations or mobile phones, ensuring business continuity.

For a world full of the unexpected ... this app gives you security that you can receive calls even when your office is evacuated, or a digger has severed your phone lines. We just divert your incoming calls onto the service. Then you can use your web browser to list the phone numbers or mobile numbers that can take calls.
For extra peace of mind, we recommend setting up a list of numbers in advance and having this as part of your business disaster management plan.
If you pay Clarity for your line rental then we can even to the call diversion at the exchange for you. Otherwise you either phone your line provider or a feature code to set up the diversion: Use the phone number listed at the top of this settings page as the target number.
Message Pad
Or dictate a letter or sales order for somebody back in the office. The application records the message you leave on a call recording system and sends that recording as a sound file to whatever email address you specify.

Dial your access number to connect to the service.
If you have previously registered your CallerID on the website then your phone will be recognised and you will get access straight away. Otherwise you will be asked for your username and password. If your callerID is blocked you will also be asked for your username and password.
While conected to the services you have the following options:
hangup, 1 or 9 ends the recording and sends the recorded wav file as an attachement to you first email address
2,3,4 sends it to your second,third or fourth email destination.
7 pauses the recording
If you press a button rather than hanging up to finish a recording then you will return to the start ready to create another recording.

Joining a Conference
You should have received an invitation from the organiser which includes:
- an access phone number
- a time
Your invitation may also contain:
- a room number
- a pincode
At the appointed time (or just before it) dial the access number. If you are asked for a room number or a pincode the key in the appropriate number on your phone when asked to do so, followed by the # key. Depending on how the conference is configured you may be asked to "Say your name". The system will then record your name and announce your arrival to everyone already in the conference. You will then be able to speak with and listen to the other attendees in the conference. The organiser may choose to limit the conference so that only some attendees can speak.
Host a Conference
When you opened your account you will have set up some basic options and been allocated a room number or dedicated access phone number. At its most basic you just need to let your guests know what time to dial the access number and what room number to enter. You can add a pincode to your rooom using the Conference settings page when you are logged in to this website. If you have set up a pincode then you will also need to tell your guests the pin number.
Call Recording
You use this application in conjunction with other Clarity "apps store" applications. Once you make or receive a call on your mobile using these services you can then record the call by pressing #7.
At the end of the conversation hangup and the recording will be sent as a sound file to the email address you specified online.

This is a bolt on App... If you already have a Clarity App which allows you to make or receive calls then this app will allow you to record any call - just press #7 during the call. You'll hear a beep to confirm that recording has started. After the call you will receive an email with the recording attached as a WAV file.
