Joining a Conference
You should have received an invitation from the organiser which includes:
- an access phone number
- a time
Your invitation may also contain:
- a room number
- a pincode
At the appointed time (or just before it) dial the access number. If you are asked for a room number or a pincode the key in the appropriate number on your phone when asked to do so, followed by the # key. Depending on how the conference is configured you may be asked to "Say your name". The system will then record your name and announce your arrival to everyone already in the conference. You will then be able to speak with and listen to the other attendees in the conference. The organiser may choose to limit the conference so that only some attendees can speak.
Host a Conference
When you opened your account you will have set up some basic options and been allocated a room number or dedicated access phone number. At its most basic you just need to let your guests know what time to dial the access number and what room number to enter. You can add a pincode to your rooom using the Conference settings page when you are logged in to this website. If you have set up a pincode then you will also need to tell your guests the pin number.
Call Transfer
This application allows you to transfer calls that you receive on your mobile, enhancing customer care experience. The application works by receiving the call on one of your Clarity direct dial numbers, which then call forwards to your mobile. To transfer the call you then just press "**" and then the number that you want to call. Once you have transfered the call you are no longer charged for your leg of the call.
You can also transfer outgoing calls by dialling our low cost access number, to make your mobile call

Calling Card
This application allows you to use your staffs' personal mobiles for work with all of the charges of the calls going to your business phone bill.
This application works well for businesses who need employees to make occasional work calls, without the need to supply company mobiles .

With this application Clarity gives you a landline phone number for a region of your choice. You then use a Web interface to set up phone numbers that you would like to forward to.

You will only be charged for the calls that you answer. If the call rings your mobile and then goes onto Clarity voice mail there will be no charge.

You can configure a list of destination phone numbers.
- Each number can be delayed before joing the group of ringing phones.
- You may choose to hear a confirmation message requiring you to "press one" to answer the call- used to stop your incoming calls going to mobile phones voicemail.
- You may choose to enable or disable each number, for example you may only want your Spanish holiday home phone to ring when you are in Spain...
You can configure voicemail or just hangup if the call is not answered
- Timeout is the total time a caller will listen to ringing before the call Fails. On Failure you may choose to record voicemail or just hangup.
- Choose between voicemail or hangup for unanswered calls
- If you want voicemail then enter an email address where you want to receive the message

Save around 10c a minute on any call you make from abroad.
Your Clarity account will be charged to make a normal call to your mobile, and the cost of the call to your destination. Your mobile account will be charged to receive a call abroad.
If you’re mobile company charges 29c for you to receive a call abroad you would be charged 13.95c to call your mobile plus 29c to receive the call plus 1.7c to make the landline call. A total of 43.65c instead of 53c (mobile company charge to make a call while abroad)
