Direct Dial
Enhance your existing phone system with DDI (Direct Dial Inwards numbers). By allocating personal telephone numbers to your staff you can increase the capacity of your existing phone system. Each number can be set to ring a mobile or any other phone line you specify such as a home office. You will be able to transfer these calls to other colleagues. Unanswered calls can go to a voicemail to email system.

Auto Attendant
Dial 1 for Sales, 2 for Emergency Callout etc. Incoming callers decide who they want to speak to.
We pre-record the message and transfer options you want to play. Once the incoming caller has selected their option, they are transfered to the landline number or mobile number designated. Surplus calls can go to a voicemail system.

Call Queue
Receive multiple calls on the one number and manage their distribution. Once all your lines are in use this application will enable you to select a different device such as a mobile or a different phone number such as another office for the next call to ring into. If the call isn't picked up it can go to voice mail.

International Phone Numbers
The calls that you receive on this number will then be transported back to your home number for the price of a local call. So if you have a number for Los Angeles the person calling you will be charged as they normally would for calling a number in Los Angeles, we would then charge you a local call to take the number back from Los Angeles to the number that you specify.
