Test your Internet Connectivity
Port blocking, latency, jitter, NAT ...?
We have developed a small Java application to test the connection from your PC to our Points of Presence (POPs). The application checks that:
- you can access the internet,
- dns is available,
- finds your public ip address,
- checks the NAT type in use on your firewall
- tests SIP connections to our POPs generating stats on latency and jitter
- gives a conclusion about what network settings you need to change to implement VoIP from your LAN, and a probable measure of expected Quality of Service over your LAN and ISP.
